Standard Delivery

Delivery time: 5–7 business days

Delivery is free for orders over 289.00 lei

Delivery cost for orders under 288.99 lei: 20 lei

Express Delivery

Available for orders with a volumetric weight of up to 4 kg
Delivery time: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs by weight:

0–1.999 kg → 40 lei

2–4 kg → 60 lei

In accordance with the current tax provisions, receipts of over 10,000 lei (including VAT) from individuals and over 5,000 lei (including VAT) from legal entities, must be paid ONLY in the following ways:

Deposit / transfer to a bank account

Charge on credit or debit card.

Ways of delivery

By Courier for parcels not exceeding 8kg (volumetric), at the address you have specified in your order. Carrier selection is the sole responsibility of our company.

By shipping company or Courier for orders concerning parcels > 8kg (volumetric). Carrier selection is the sole responsibility of our company.

Delivery will be done at the address & floor you have specified in your order whenever possible.

Time of delivery

Orders are executed on the same day that the order was placed for orders received until 13:00 from Monday to Friday and on the next working day if the order was placed after 13:00.

Orders placed on Saturday - Sunday will be executed on the next working day.

From the day the carrier receives the order, the usual delivery times are:

2-3 business days for Expres Delivery with extra cost

5-7 days for all of Romania (for available products)

7-14 days (for products available on request)

For inaccessible areas, calculate an additional 1-3 working days .

For deliveries of large packages in Romania we will contact you to arrange the delivery appointment with you.

Times may be affected due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, etc.
