For all products sold and delivered by www.mothercare.ro you benefit from warranty certificates according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers.

 

Warranty certificate for clothing and footwear

 

General conditions for granting the guarantee:

 

 Keep the invoice received when buying the products for any quality complaints that can be addressed to [email protected], during the warranty period. This guarantee certificate will ensure all the rights conferred by the legislation in force (Law no. 449/2003, Romanian Government Ordinance no. 21/1992, republished). The way to guarantee the consumer the guarantee is to replace the product. The warranty period is 20 days from the date of delivery of the product, for deficiencies not attributable to the consumer. The seller's liability is assumed in accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of Law 449/2003. The termination of the contract is made under the conditions of art. 11 of Law 449/2003, as well as art. 14 and art. 15 of OG 21/1992 republished. Remedial action may be established by joint negotiation. In order to provide the warranty, it is necessary to follow the instructions for use in the product warranty certificate. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 days.

 

 Clothing instructions for maintenance:

  

Whenever required, clothing should be washed or cleaned in accordance with the instructions on the inner label. Only detergents complying with the quality standards required by international legislation on the safe use of these products should be used. Do not use industrial cleaning products (soda or other chemical derivatives) for washing / cleaning your items. They may irreversibly damage the product, which is not covered by the warranty. It is forbidden to wash clothing at temperatures higher than those specified on the inner label. Do not dry the product by exposure to heat sources (electric radiators, stoves, etc.). Drying should always be done at room temperature. Protect the product from objects that may cause scratches, burns, punctures or any physical action that could damage it. If you use specialized cleaning / laundry services for the maintenance of the product, our company cannot be held responsible for any defect that may occur as a result of the cleaning / washing process.

 The composition, maintenance instructions as well as icons with cleaning and maintenance instructions for the product can be found on its inner label. These are specific to your product and it is mandatory to consult them.

Footwear maintenance instructions:

 

 Footwear with smooth or pressed leather uppers is dusted with a soft cloth or brush, and grease or other impurities are removed with a cloth soaked in aqueous detergent solution. Shoes with girls made of suede, suede or nubuck, dry, clean with a special brush for suede. Do not use water as the material may become stained. Footwear with girls made of synthetic materials is dusted with a dry cloth. Stains can be removed with a cloth soaked in a mild solution of soap and water (1-2%). Shoe wax will not be used. The textile shoes after each wearing, will be cleaned of dust with a dry brush. Oil or grease stains can be removed with textile stain solutions. Footwear with lake girls and metallic leather shoes are dusted with a soft cloth.
